Ensure School curriculum development, implementation and evaluations are consistent with the School’s vision and educational objectives.
Practical implementation of Primary Years Programme (IB), Middle School Programme, IGCSE and Diploma Programme (IB).
Oversee and monitor academic rigour across all programmes
Understanding the implementation of:
Leadership syllabus at the School
Whole-education & including sports
Balanced Score Card for quality evaluation
Professional and self-development of teachers
CSR initiatives
Advise the CEO and coordinate all Teacher Development Programmes with support of Principals, respective Leadership Coordinators, and ITARI.
Assist CEO in setting-up new educational initiatives, e. g., an IB.
Act as Coordinator and co-ordinate Primary Year, Middle Year, IGCSE and Diploma Programmes with Principal and respective IB coordinators.
Ensure achievement of international standards and benchmarks.
Maintain database on scholarship, fellowship and exchange programmes in national and global arena.
Implementation of co-curricular and extra- curricular curriculum as part of whole education
Sound understanding of pedagogic concepts and processes of learning with IB school experience.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Networking capability – liaison with agencies and educational institutes.
High implementation capability.
In depth knowledge of International Baccalaureate curriculum.
Team player and empathetic.
Ability to mentor and connect with teachers and staff.
