JOB DESCRIPTION

Inspire new thoughts & ideas through lessons in History. Reputed institution arcoss multiple locations in India are looking for experienced and trained PGT/TGT/IBDP/IGCSE Teacher in History.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and present lesson plans by using a variety of teaching models and techniques in the subject areas.

Observe, monitor and assess students’ on-going progress.

Prepare assignments and tests for in-school assessment and homework in the subject.

Inform parents of student’s progress of academic performance, attendance, and participation; reporting on all elements of student
development at parent-teacher conferences, both regularly scheduled and as-needed.

To plan, organize and facilitate all subject related projects in school.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience in a reputed school
Excellent Communication skills are mandatory.
Ability to present lessons in an innovative and easy-to-understand manner.
Patience and resourcefulness are also important when explaining complex ideas to students with different academic skills, family and cultural backgrounds, various ethnic backgrounds and different nationalities.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s and Master’s degree with specialization in History through a full time programme from a Reputed institutions
